WHAT IS SQUASHFIT?

 

SOLO HITTING

Every successful squash player will tell you about the importance of going on a squash court for solo hitting. This is a time where you can experiment, practice things you’ve been working on, and build the muscle endurance in the upper body to withstand long rallies.

FOOTWORK

Moving fast and efficiently throughout the court is not an easy task and must be practiced. A player must put many miles on the court before he or she can expect to fly around the squash court with ease.

FITNESS

It’s not fun to play squash while you’re huffing and puffing around the court with your legs on fire. Give yourself an edge with a strong foundation of fitness, and last longer on court during practice giving you an opportunity to make huge strides in your squash game.

Many squash players neglect these parts of their training as it’s often found hard or just boring to work on. SquashFit is an exciting and highly effective method of training that can include one or more of these aspects of training. It is also made competitive as your success is measured by a time, or rounds completed, making it more appealing to work at your highest capabilities.
