Karim is the long-time coach of his little brother Yassin Amir and an aspiring Crossfit competitor as well as a top squash player. He realized that CrossFit helps his squash game and fitness tremendously and invented SquashFit, which combines CrossFit elements embedded in squash specific workout. He has been using this form of training for a while now and kids love it and their fitness greatly benefits from it. Altho two different programs, in the end, it matches the Strength and Performance part of FITNESS360.
