This class is designed for the young players ages 5 - 10 that are just getting started and want to have fun time while learning the basic fundamentals of the sport. The clinic will focus on grip, swing, court movement and fitness, plus game play.

Squash players that want to bring their game to the next level will find all the necessary elements in this class: Drills, SquashFit, FITNESS360, and matches will add the competitive edge that you were looking for. This class is recommended for athletes 9 - 16 in an intermediate to low advanced level (Silver/Gold) with tournament experience and the willingness and desire to work hard and to get the most out of every session.
HIGH PERFORMANCE ATHLETE
A session for players with a rating 4.0+ to ensure maximum benefits from the time spend. This class will include drills, SquashFit, FITNESS360, stretching, mental toughness, skill improvement, and so much more. This clinic will bring your game to the next level.

JCT PREP CLINIC

For all players that made it into the upcoming JCT: A two-day 3-hour each prep camp (Saturday and Sunday) from 2:45 - 5:45p the weekend before the JCT - Fee: $425 for the weekend or $250 per day
A fun session that will focus on developing better squash skills and court movement through drills that include movement.

Challenge your game and fitness and play games against the Pros at the Club. a fun way to get crushed while getting the best workout of your life time.
Thursday 7:30 - 9p
This is a fun night of several racquet sports that include squash, racquetball, ping pong, and badminton. You will play one game in each sport and the winner will be who has the most points combined.
Sunday 8:30 - 10a
Challenge other members in a game of squash or squash57/racquetball, get your workout in and have a great time. Play for fun or to move up the Club Ladder, it's all up to you.
