A 90-minute session for squash players that want to bring their game to the next level will find all the necessary elements in this class: A Dynamic warm-up, Drills, SquashFit, and Matches will add the competitive edge that you were looking for. This class is recommended for athletes 9 - 18 in an intermediate to low advanced level (Silver/Gold) with tournament experience and the willingness and desire to work hard and to get the most out of every session.

MATCH PLAY

Saturdays

12 pm

A 90-minute session filled with competitive matches. Depending on level and needs we will have a round robin, a mini tournament, restricted games, or a handicap competition. All to further the players skills and to improve their ability to score high during the crucial time of tournaments.

Squash is a great sport, no matter the age, ability, or season. Come and join us for a game or two of squash57 (racquetball), squash, badminton (on court), or ping pong. Stay active, meet new people, and have a blast.

Kids Sports Academy

Kids will develop:

  • Hand-and-Eye Coordination

  • Balance, Agility, Cardiorespiratory and Strength Endurance, Training through games

  • Gross-motor skill development

  • Racquet and Ball Control

Any 4 of the ​following sports will be included in the session and the basic fundamentals will be taught:

Tennis, Squash, Soccer, Basketball, Softball, Volleyball, Hockey, Sports Conditioning, Badminton, Ping Pong, and Flexibility
