Service Description

You could be super fit, but if your steps are too short or you move inefficiently you might miss the next shot. We will teach you how to move, build up stamina and muscle endurance. Footwork isn't the only thing that this class will consist of, though. Your take off will be stronger, your explosiveness, agility, and power will increase.
